not a karen, but multiple times i’ve gotten the mini bagel bites the cream cheese is either cold or somewhat frozen. it’s happened multiple times, & whenever i go they’re not busy. i’m the only car, no one inside either. like i don’t mind waiting don’t rush to get me in and out i understand it’ll be a minute & i’m sure they have a time limit in the drive thru so they’re probably trying to make it before the timer. so i finally decided towrite a review.

I ordered from Uber eats. I was craving sausage, and wanted a sausage sandwich. I ordered the sausage, egg, cheese croissant. It came without sausage, LOL. I ordered a donut with chocolate icing, it came with sprinkles. I ordered the little hash brown things, and there were literally six of them in this bag. The bag was empty. The sandwiches weren't even good.

I hate the fact I have to go out of my way to get Dunkin. Dunkin has the best coffee, sandwiches and ofcourde DONUTS!!! However, this location is a joke. Every time I go they mess at least 2 things up. The workers act like it's your fault. Usually I don't say anything but today just pissed me off. I asked the kid at the window (who looked like he was baked more than their donuts) is everything I ordered in there and he just turned around. What the heck. When I go back in to return it, they look at me as if I'm the idiot. Customer service is huge as it's stores like this that will be replaced by computers because they lack the beautiful human interaction we should have going into our local joints. This place needs to step up or step out.UPDATE!!!!So I went back to try and give it another chance and I am officially done.I went to get my wife and I some drinks.The amount of attitude was wild. I asked for a blended caramel coffee and I was given attitude about how it's frozen and not blended. Even though she knew what I meant. I order a butter pecan white chocolate coffee cream and four Splenda. At first was told she didn't have those flavors but that was fixed. Once I got my coffee how ever, it was loaded with actual sugar( I mean I was just chewing on sugar crystals) and the flavor of it was caramel. I will continue using ziggys and I'm officially done with these guys!

Last time coming here ever will go to Starbucks where they are trained properly. They have some young kid making drinks and he is not trained. The drinks are all milk. The caramel machiato is supposed to be half milk half coffee. This is the 3rd time it's 90 percent milk I asked him to remake it 3 different times and it still had no coffee in it. If you can't train your employees properly then this store needs a new manager.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Places an online order through the Dunkin app when they opened at 4am, 4 Bevarian Kreme, 2 Bostom Kreme, I get notified they've been picked up so I call in, they only have 2 Bevarian and 2 Boston. Charged my card meanwhile, then the manager tells me they only make 6 Bevarian a day.....are you guys dumb? No wonder the last time I stopped in for a Bevarian Kreme I got a Lemon Kreme. Screwing up orders and can't even make it right for the customer. Perfect reason to 86 Dunkin and eat healthy. Manager at least made it right so thanks for that!

The manager at this location if that is what she was this morning very rude. I do not know why Dunkin' Donuts doesn't understand. This is a service business. This woman looked right at me, never said hello walked right past me never acknowledge me, and and the food that I needed to pick up for my order was right there in front of me and then she got upset at another coworker for giving it to me and was upset because I asked for a paper bag to put the warm food into so that it would be safe from Bugs and other things that may be on an individual porch when I deliver, she saidI don't have to put it in a bag for you.What gives ?? You are handing out paper bags in the drive-through all day long people are paying a premium to have their food delivered and I think it's reasonable that a box that is easily opened or easily entered by ants or other bugs you would have that put into a bag.She got very belligerent with me and told me that I did not need to deliver for her store anymore. I have news for her. I don't think that she is the owner of the store. Somebody needs to do something about this. We pay too much money in Arizona for minimum wage not to mention what we're probably paying managers.They should give better service and a better example to the other employees .

Ordered half dozen donuts on their mobile app and paid on their mobile app.Went to drive through for pickup.Employee stated that none of the ordered donuts were in stock and my options were to take whatever they had in stock. They wouldn't or couldn't cancel the order and if I wanted a refund I would have to file a dispute with my bank.I left empty handed and an annoying task of disputing their charge with my bank..
