My favorite dunkin to go to. They are always so nice and funny! They always make my morning.
Walked in to get two donuts. No greeting. No acknowledgment from staff. Finally, an African-American kid w braids came up to the counter and just looked at me. I think he grunted some kind of statement and my response was what? He again looked at me. I told him I needed two donuts. I'm not sure what he said again. He put the donuts up on the counter. This was one of the worst café experiences I’ve had. The food was cold, the bacon was burnt, and there were zero toppings available—basically a “bring your own” situation. With no other cafés nearby, this place has an opportunity, but it’s clearly being wasted. The restaurant was empty, which makes perfect sense. Staff stood around chatting while tables and floors were filthy, and the glass display case was covered in greasy fingerprints. There’s no excuse for that...read full review
