Weirdest Dutch bros I’ve ever been to, my boyfriend and I came on June 4th for his birthday and they told us it’s only a free small and we didn’t argue, it’s supposed to be free any size drink. And also they were very rude and didnt ask us any questions

As many times as I have been to this par/icular Dutch I have never had a bad experience until today. I ordered a 911 frozen, that comes with 2 shots of expresso, I did not get any, my freeze was always thick, it came runny and milky. Not very happy! I guess with many young ones working there, they are not all in tune with how a 911 drink should be. Very displeased with their service.

This is my favorite location. Even when they are super busy they are friendly and efficient. Many of the broistas know my order which is also a plus (or means I am going to often lol)
I don't get it. Long lines for sugary coffee. It's like Starbucks but candy in every drink and open later. Nice people but not a fan of the drinks or the coffee.

I’ve been meaning to check out Dutch Bros since I moved to Phoenix in November. Finally went for it! The peach tea was SUPER sweet, not drinkable. They remade it for me which was nice, but it didn’t fix the problem. Thinking maybe i can dilute it with more black tea at home. Also got the nitro iced coffee and it was disappointing. Typically nitro brews are strong and have a heavier taste, this was super watery. Not terrible but not great either. It’s a shame because Dutch Bros seemed to be promising. Definitely won’t be going back. I’ll stick to smaller coffee shops from now on.
