Einstein Bros. Bagels

I love this bagel shop! Their bagels are so good! My favorite is the jalapeno bagel with jalapeno cream cheese! So good! The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

Excellent service here. Food is great! Elijah went above and beyond to make sure I was signed up on the app to ensure I got a free bagel this morning! He had such a great attitude and was extremely friendly! I will be a returning customer for sure! Thank you so much Einstein and Elijah!

Honestly this is my second order from them via Uber Eats. The first time half my order was missing. This time I they not only failed to give me my strawberries and cream strudel for the second time in a row. Their cinnamon bagel is a joke. Just a plain bagel lightly drizzled with butter and cinnamon. It wasn’t even toasted. I ordered their chorizo sunrise sandwich and they couldn’t even get that right. I asked for an Asiago bagel and got a plain bagel. I am beyond disappointed.

Watch your rewards. Sometimes the fine print makes your bagel not so free.

We recently tried the breakfast sandwich from Einstein Bros Bagels on Val Vista Dr, and unfortunately, it wasn’t for us. The sandwich arrived messy and lacked any real flavor, making for a disappointing meal. The combination of ingredients didn’t work well together, and the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

Even though we ordered via delivery, which can sometimes impact presentation, the issues seemed to be with the food itself rather than the delivery process. This was our first and likely last time ordering.

Rude general manager (Katlin) and assistant manager.
Some of the staff are obnoxious, and they seem to be the ones in charge.
Lots of other options in Gilbert, and I’ll go elsewhere next time.

Bagels always great, been coming here for almost 20 years. It was my sisters first job in high school. I’m shocked at how horrible the service is here. The rudest folks working, of course a few exceptions, but I can’t think of the last time I had a good experience here. I never write bad reviews, but came today and felt inclined. This is probably my last visit, I’m done paying $20 for three bagels and having them literally thrown towards me… I say thank you to each person who I encounter, not one reply. I ask cashier how they are, nothing. It’s almost like the twilight zone in this place. Also Im done being asked to tip someone for DOING THEIR JOB and while giving horrible service. I didn’t get bagels sliced or toasted, the spread on the side; not a hard order, yet treated like I was an inconvenience. No line, not busy so not quite sure why the entire place looked gross. This place has gone down hill over time.

Einstein Bros Bagels provided decent food, but the service was disappointing. I visited in the morning, ordered my meal, and tried to engage with the staff by asking how they were doing. Unfortunately, the staff was rude and unresponsive, with one member even throwing my order. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and leaves a bad impression.
