This store from front door and then thru out was absolutely filthy! Horribly dirty... tables, floors, counters and coffee station. Standing at the counter awaiting my order I viewed two young gals chatting and laughing, dropped a pastry and retrieved it and stuffed it I'm a bag all the while never breaking from their laughing about something.Begal was small and flavorless. Two small coffees and two bagels was $18.00 plus the ever present tip demand.I shall alert the health department for surly this place needs monitoring.Avoid this place.

This location is across the street from me so I really try to support it. The manager is very nice and the staff is nice, but something always seems to be off. I ordered a poppy seed bagel and received a sesame seed bagel. The receipt has a survey, when redeemed offers two free bagels w/purchase, but if you do not ask, staff will not offer the receipt. Could also be cleaner. The Nova Lox is now served as a closed sandwich rather than a nice open faced presentation. Toasted bread is actually warm bread. I think this is a major training issue for consistency and cleanliness.

I’ve given this location two shots and both were awful. The worst time being that after I waited a cool 15 minutes in drive thru. I got my order and pulled out, noticing my drink and bagel were wrong.I go back through the drive thru where the young blonde girl argued that my drink was correct and hands me another bagel. I told her my drink was incorrect as I wouldn’t have ordered anything called a “shake” with whip as I cannot have dairy. She still told me NO! Frustrated, I left. Guess what, open up the bag and wrong bagel AGAIN!At that point returning would have meant more attitude from her and who knows what would be done to my food. Lesson learned. They have lost my business and my husbands as he often used this location to buy breakfast for employees!Kid-friendliness: Rude!
There was plenty of parking, we went in to get food to takeout. There was a great atmosphere and had wonderful customer service. It was a bit busy but they were fast and the food was delicious. Great overall experience!

great bagels esoecially the Asiago cheese ones, so a breakfast treat. however the website to order is really horrible it make it tough to order unless you want a mixed pack their choice. and forget about pre ordering for a event or meeting. The website works it's just really clunky by todays online standards.

I'm not sure what happened to this location ? . I've been going there for years they used to be so good. I arrived and there at at least 10 cars waiting for the drive through. I decide to park and go in to order. After ordering a chorizo sunrise with 2 eggs and PAYING EXTRA for the 2nd egg. I proceeded to wait 13 min yes i counted seeing how everyone else there was getting frustrated. After i got my food and drove home ( my mistake for trusting humanity) They never put the egg on. Not just the extra egg but any freaking egg at all! I'm sorry but WHAT a person pays money for something it should be done right.Sad to say this may be my last time visiting this location. Not providing goods for the funds is theft plain and simple.
