every time i go i order the most simple order. it’s just a plain bagel with plain shmear toasted. and every single time they somehow mess up my order. they either put the completely wrong shmear on it like strawberry, blueberry, veggie, or they just completely burn the bagel. it’s so frustrating because i didn’t think it would be that complicated to make a plain bagel.

Love Einstein Bagels but, I highly recommend this location. The quality service is always exceptional. Love coming in, being greeted and welcomed. Almost every time I go to this location I’m in a time crunch. The staff members always take my order with fast and friendly service without feeling rushed.

It's been awhile since I've gone to Einstein's bagels, but I'm glad I decided to stop in before hitting our weekend shopping.
Perfect location, with an incredible staff.
In a day where most employees appear apathetic, at best, Einstein's staff were happy and quick to offer suggestions with their new menu.
The cold brew was amazing (say goodbye to Starbucks and Dutch Bros) and the maple bagel - was DELISH!!! ?
Great food and great atmosphere, and quick food made for a perfect start to our weekend.

We are regular Einsteins ppl, in fact we go to either the one on Val Vista and Guadalupe and the other on Williams Field and they are fantastic! We're even friends with the Williams Field manager.. That's how much of bagel regulars we are.
This particular location SUCKS! BIG TIME! Horrible selection, they are almost NEVER stocked. Service is slow and crappy and on top of that, it's not a seating location.
I'd definitely recommend to NEVER go to this location!

Thought I'd give Einstiens another chance after a horrible experience a few years ago. You'd be better off to drive a couple miles up Power Rd to Kokobelli Bagels. Better bagels and more ingredients for your $$.
