Tried 3 different chicken tacos: crunchy shredded, al carbon and grilled chicken avocado. We liked the grilled chicken itself better than the mushy shredded chicken. The presentation on the grilled chicken avocado was pretty weak, but maybe I'm expecting too much. The crunchy taco was "uniquely" assembled. :

I love El Pollo Loco chicken — I have been eating at various locations for decades. This location had a great customer service rep — he handled everything we requested and more! The food was excellent — lately some locations have over cooked the chicken so that it is dry, but this chicken was tender and moist. The pinto beans were cooked well. The recipe for them over the years has removed some of the flavor so I helped it out with some onion, salt, cilantro and Serrano pepper. I will eat here again! Thanks for a great dinner!

Unfortunately, this visit to one of my favorite fast food Mexican restaurants was sub par! This location was filthy and the service was poor. 1/2 of our food order was incorrect and the portion that was correct did not have the right mix of ingestion. It tasted dart and flavorless. Really have lived El Pollo Loco thru the years, but after this visit, we won’t be going back anytime soon!

Chicken taste great. We always go for the family meals. It's affordable and tasty. The sides are okay. They are not as good as their chicken.
Vegetarian options: They have two type of beans, different cheeses, rice and veggies.

We always like El Pollo Loco Chicken we think it's healthier than some other food such as burgers this location is closest to us unfortunately it always doesn't smell good I don't know if it's the restroom or is it something wrong but the smell is not pleasant
