Can I do 0 stars? My daughter and several friends had a reservation for dinner to celebrate Prom. 15 minutes before their reservation time, she received a text from the restaurant saying their table was ready. 2 minutes before their reservation time, as they were pulling into the parking lot, she received another text saying their reservation was canceled because they were "overbooked." Awful service. Will never eat at this place again for doing something so horrible. A couple of the kids were there to celebrate their birthdays as well. What a disgrace, poor management and disgusting service.

I love this place. Food is great. Service is very good. Waitresses are really friendly. We were seated in a inclosed patio our last visit. It was a cold day that day. They needed to turn the heat on. That's my only beef.

We are absolute fans of Firebird’s. The food is great. Always served hot and always predictable quality. But, what sets Firebirds above and beyond all other steakhouses in AZ is the staff. I cannot compliment the staff enough. From our servers (tonight it was Courtney) to the management, they are absolutely fabulous. This alone will keep us as committed customers. This is our “place to go” for a fabulous meal and even better evening out. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Do your RESERVATIONS online before coming here! We had dinner on a Friday night and it was packed. We have seen several people turning around cause it's an hour wait.Food: we ordered two of the 3 course meal (grilled Sirloin with mashed potato and asparagus) cheeseburger and Firebirds Chicken pasta, chocolate brownie sundae. It was a family member's birthday and they gave us Creme Brule cheesecake on the house.Server was very attentive and refilled our drinks before it gets empty. We had the booth so we love coziness of being secluded. Parking can be difficult specially on a peak time. We arrived around 5:45 but we drove around at least 3x before we saw someone pulled out right across the front door! Guess we got lucky that night. When we left there were plenty of people waiting outside and turned around and left when we heard it's an hr wait. Overall a great experience and we would definitely come back.Parking: Parking can be difficult during peak dinner time.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

This is not a good restaurant. The quality of food is far below the average. We had been there for the happy hour and it was good. Last night decided to go there for dinner which I had made reservations.We first ordered a bottle of red wine along with Lobster Queso and chips. It sounded great on the menu, but it was extremely salty... We then ordered two steaks, one Filet minion and garlic Sirloin each with a side dish - both to be medium cooked which should come pink inside.I asked to make sure my side veggie not to be mushy and somewhat crunchy! Our dinner arrived, my steak was overcooked and the veggies were too mushy. My husband's steak was also overcooked and ok fries. We did not send it back which we should have done.Anyway, the only good thing about the dinner was the organic French wine.

Very disappointing dining experience on 3/26. My wife and I have dined here numerous times in the past and have always had good experiences with food and service. This unfortunately was not one of those times. My wife ordered the surf and turf (lobster version) with her preferences of sides. I ordered the same lobster version of surf and turf but had a different side, e.g., broccoli instead of a baked potato. When the orders were delivered, my wife's order was correct, but my plate looked completely different. Instead of a lobster tail, there was a skewer of shrimp stabbed onto the top of the fillet. I asked if that was on top of my steak and the food runner replied 'shrimp'. The food runner asked if I was sure I ordered lobster, which I replied yes, I ordered the exact same meal. She politely said she would go back and get my lobster going and at one point tried to take my entire plate with her. She ultimately said I could keep the shrimp while she dealt with getting my lobster. The waiter came by a few minutes later and apologized, saying he must have hit the wrong button. By the time he delivered the lobster tail, we were both done eating, which I stated to the waiter. The waiter knew I was extremely upset so again he apologized and then went to get the take home boxes we requested. This was a HUGE ERROR on his part on the most expensive dinner on the menu. I absolutely expected a manager to come by and discuss this; however, that didn't happen. Instead he dropped off the check and reiterated his apology. Terrible execution of managing a serious operational flaw with no attempt to rectify their error.
