I usually check my food before i leave, but i felt confident since it was correct on my receipt.. but I ordered white and they gave me wheat.. asked for and it was noted to get an extra pikle wedge.. but that was not included. Thankfully they did get the rest of the order right. but now im sad about the bread and pickle. :[ my fault for not checking the sandwiches before i left.

Outstanding people working here! The food is delicious, as expected, and I wanted to share how excellent their service is. Unbeknownst to the team or the manager this was a tough day for our family. We made a mistake on our order but rather than charge us they made a new sandwich for free. I offered to pay but the manager insisted. A heartwarming gesture that means much to us.

I've eaten at other Firehouse subs before. Delish. This time not so much. The taste was still good. My bread was not toasted enough. Was really soggy y time I got hone. I really dislike soggy bread.
