We are very lucky to have several Cafe Rio close to where we live. We dine at SanTan location at least once a week. We have seen improvement in the this location in the past year or so. Joanne seems to be in charge here. She is incredibly organized and efficient. She moves fast and is very attentive to the customers' in and out. She makes sure that the costumers are served quickly and smoothly. I watched her constantly checking every item to make sure that they are well stocked....read full review
I ordered a bean and cheese burrito Ranchera style. I was not really happy with having to pay the same price as if I added a meat, but I accepted that. What was frustrating was that I was asked if I wanted a side salad with my burrito and was told I needed to pay an up charge for dressing. That doesn’t make sense to me.
