The Hook and Ladder Everything sub was one of the best subs I’ve had in a long time! Delicious wheat roll! Great service too!
I put my order in at 12:19pm. I opted to wait until 12:40 to leave since this location is notorious for not being a time. In previous times, Addison was very helpful. The last two visits have been disappointing. I arrived at the location at 12:49pm and my order was not ready. This visit the excuse that Addision gave was that their computer system just got it 10 min prior. That would mean it took nearly 20 minutes after I had made the order for their computer system to get it....read full review
