Very impressed and so happy we gave it a try! I was expecting good chain pizza. We have a lot of that in the area and there isn’t anything wrong with that. This was a different league! Such great, fresh ingredients and made to perfection! Staff was great also! We’re coming back!

We’ve been to Grimaldi’s in Gilbert several times, and it never disappoints! The Margherita pizza is always perfectly crisp, with fresh mozzarella and flavorful sauce—truly some of the best New York–style pizza around. The cheese pizza with garlic is also excellent, and the bruschetta is a must-try.

The Grimaldi Garden Salad is fresh, well-balanced, and huge—great for sharing—with quality ingredients...
