Stopped in after seeing a social media post about this spot being the place for coffee lovers to appreciate the craft and art of a really good coffee. GrindTime and its owners are the real deal. From roasting their own beans, to house made syrups and in house made pastries, this is the place to go. This is not the place for sugary drinks and artificial flavorings, this is the place for authentically amazing coffee, where you actually taste the coffee and not all the “fluff”...
Touted as the place for true coffee lovers, yet you get the overdone medium/dark roast flavors that make it just another Agent Smith of the coffee shop world. Bold statement to call it the best in Gilbert when Mythical Coffee is a short drive away. Even Sagebrush is a better option close by, though technically not Gilbert.
