On weekdays, the servers are super sweet and accommodating, while weekends can be busier, so having orders ready is advised. The food quality is exceptional, with an appetizing mix of classic and unique breakfast dishes, many featuring a Southwest flavor. The Texas Benedict remains a favorite, especially with its cornbread base. Vegetarian options are available, and the salsa and chipotle sauce receive high praise. The waffles have been highlighted as the best, and most dishes, including sausage and biscuits, are delicious. While the cinnamon rolls were noted as different and not recommended, the overall experience is excellent. The only drawback is the plain decor, but the food and service more than compensate for it. Additionally, this location is finishing up an expansion to include henhouse-related knickknacks and more seating.
