We stopped by Jersey Mike’s after another outing, and while the ingredients were fresh and the restaurant itself was clean, the experience was really held back by the service.
It took quite a while just to get our order going, and then things got disorganized. My wife’s sandwich was completely forgotten, and we were asked to step aside while they prepared a hot sandwich for my son. When they finally brought that out, they tried to hand us the bag and move us along—still...

They made a sandwich wrong I hade order, stopped them during making it so they could correct it, made it look like they where correcting it but failed to do so. The other sandwiches I order came out correct though so thats what made me give them the three stars

I came in for lunch today and almost turned right around when I saw a winding line. But I stayed, and wow!! Fastest line I’ve seen, all because of great teamwork behind the counter. Really impressed with the team here. And the food was great as always.
