This is honestly the worst service I ever received, like in my entire life. I’m writing this from the parking lot so this is a current review. I see why this location has 2.5 stars. The place smells and the worker’s attitude stinks worst. Customer service was nonexistent, did not want to speak to me, literally TOSSED my order together all while having an attitude. If you are going to have these type of people serving your customer, just shut down now. Ugh! Update: provided feedback via the link provided in the response, never heard from any manger from the business!

Attempted to place my order on the app. App said call store to place an order. Called the store to place the order and asked to redeem the $1 off coupon for the sandwich. Store said no problem, we will adjust the price when you arrive.Upon Arrival, “You must place the order on the app to get the $1 off coupon”. <- same person who took my order on the phone. Duh, but your app won’t allow orders to be placed. “You’ll have to place the order on the app to get the coupon, we didn’t have it on for accepting orders, but it’s on now.”-them, like I didn’t understand.Complete idiots, good luck to the brain trust running this place.

Every time we go I swear we get less meat. This time my daughter's sandwich only had turkey on 50% of it. It's been like this the last few times and we're over it. The staff is always very friendly which is their redeeming quality.

Nice place, clean, plenty of people working for lunch time. Someone was always at the register, no one had to wait for staff to show up. The people making the food were listening as customers ordered and were already making my sandwich before I even paid. And very tasty too.

My friend turned me on to the tuna salad at Jimmy John’s while I was in Dallas last year. We ordered the tuna salad in a cup with pickles. Soooo yummy!Anyhoo.. I’ve ordered it at this Jimmy John’s location before with no issues but it’s been a while since I’ve ordered it (I also love the country club ?)Today I tried to order and they flat out said NO! ?They won’t serve me the tuna salad unless it’s on bread or wrapped in lettuce. I let them know that when I ordered previously I paid for a sandwich and if I needed to pay for a cup this time that would be fine.NOPE!Ok, how about a tuna salad lettuce wrap hold the lettuce? Just put the tuna on the paper wrap instead…NOPE!Ok, how about you put the tuna on the lettuce but leave it flat instead of wrapping it up like a burrito so I can eat it easier?NOPE!The only way I’m getting tuna salad is on bread or wrapped in lettuce, period. Either I pick it off the bread or lettuce or I go on my way.It may just be me, but this seems a little cray cray. ? Why do I have to scrape my tuna off the bread or lettuce?The whole thing is just silly.The end result is that I was out of time and ended up not have time to go elsewhere so I skipped lunch that day.I get that rules change but frankly this is absurd. This isn’t the only place in town with good tuna salad. I don’t get this hassle anywhere else.I’m really sad that I will not eat at a Jimmy John’s again after this. I really love the kickin ranch, the country club, and the chocolate chip cookies. But after this insane encounter I’m going to just stick with Jersey Mikes.

Walked in around 7:30 to order two sandwiches. As soon as I walked in I saw three workers behind the counter, as I walked up the counter one just stood there the other three two loaves of bread on the counter after rolling her eyes and the other just stood and the register and stared at me without saying anything. I told them I was good and just walked out. They did not seem like they wanted anyone in there nor did they want to make any food. I thought I was close to closing and maybe that's why they seemed annoyed. I checked and the store didn't close till 9:00 PM so there was still almost a hour and half before closing. Just seems like it was bad service plain and simple. Won't be back and wouldn't suggest this place to others.

Always taste amazing but every single time, they get my order wrong. I get the Vito with no lettuce or tomatoes, add mayo. Is that really hard to remember? ?
