Came in Sunday night and never been to Jimmy John's before. The young blonde lady at the cashier talked with me for a while about all of the sandwiches. She was extremely patient and helpful. She convinced me to try a toasted Italian sandwich with mustard and pickles, safe to say I was sold. Will be back here to get some sammies for me and the hubby🩷

This store has started using Uber for delivery. I don't order from them very often because it's always been tricky to get them to my location but now it's taking 45 minutes for delivery to show up and my order (which should have double meat and cheese) is a basic sandwich.

Jimmy John’s earns five stars for their trademark speedy service and genuinely friendly staff. All three employees greeted me the second I walked in, which immediately set a positive tone. The place was spotless and well-organized, showing real attention to cleanliness and care.
