I love Maeva. It’s my go to coffee and pastry shop in downtown Gilbert. I feel like a lot of people don’t know they have a great pastry program going on! I haven’t had dinner here yet, but their brunch and lunch items are delicious. More about the pastries - my friends and I were devouring some of the pastries as our after lunch desserts haha. We couldn’t stop eating them. Aside from food, the staff here are incredibly kind and very helpful!
A true hidden gem in the Valley! I work remotely a few days a week and this is my go-to spot for coffee and pastries. The menu is consistently delicious, and the staff are extremely friendly. It’s highly underrated!
They really know about coffee here! Lead barista explained the origin of their beans and the local roasters. I got the earl grey latte (a syrup they make in house) and it was soooo flavorful. I wasn’t expecting the earl grey to come through but it absolutely did. Out of all of the coffee shops in downtown Gilbert this is by far my favorite. They really care about what they’re doing and it shows. Cannot wait to come back for a meal!
