I ORDERED 2 mcdoubles and large fry. They tried to charge me for 2 burgers separately from the buy one get one for a dollar, the large fry was half full and tasted like old fryer oil. The burgers where so smashed and just warm, it was like someone sat on it to keep it warm maybe the warmers were broken. Just horrible... don't go to this location

Absolutely horrible service, went and waited for 30 minutes just for no one to answer. Drove around the store and saw employees slacking off. Two other cars in front of me also just drove through because of no one taking orders.

Is it just me or does it take longer to order and get food now since the new ordering system? We sure waited a long time to get our food. The fries could have been a bit fresher. It's not a service oriented business so no expectations just being honest

Still dreadful. This place never gets my order correct and they always rush me through the process instead of shutting up long enough for me to speak. Can't wait to ask if I want to go large? Shut up and accurately take the order before you ask to go large.

I often go to this McDonald’s because it’s right by my house and I never have an issue but today I ordered a large iced coffee and was handed a small so I asked to have the large that I ordered and instead of making me a new drink a different girl at the window literally just filled up a large cup with ice and added The small drink into there so now I’m left with the gross water down iced coffee. if it was just a simple mistake like giving me a small cup instead of the large, I wouldn’t be upset, but that girl literally was just being absolutely lazy and if you’re going to ruin my drink at least try to hide it. Don’t do it right in front of the Customer
I mean, it's McDonald's . . . mostly here so my kid can play in a place that's not 120 degrees in direct sun. But they are nice here and they are even fine if you bring outside food!
Kid-friendliness: The play area is loud and could use more cleaning (Covid level cleaning would be nice) but the kids enjoy it.

Rude lady at the counter. I ordered a sundae on the app and the lady came to tell me the ice cream machine was down. When I told her I wanted a refund she acted like it was too much trouble for her. When I asked her for the right change back she huffed and puffed and basically wanted to throw the change at me. I don’t ever need to come back here again.
