I have very little experience with most African cuisines, so this was a completely new experience for me, and it was fantastic. The waakye with goat meat was stellar. The sauce was hot, flavorful, aromatic, and unlike anything I have ever had before.
My wife ordered the grilled red snapper, and it was incredible as well. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and clearly made with care.
