Awesome food truck eats! I ordered the bacon jam cheeseburger and it was spectacular! Friendly service and freshly grilled eats! This wasn't a typical food truck food service hamburger patty -- it was fresh! Yum! Now I need to find a location where they're at so my husband can taste the food.

The New Flame Cafe truck catered to our office in Scottsdale for lunch the other day. Our entire office placed orders and it was unanimous that we all loved the food. The tacos were 3 for $10, so I ordered 3: shrimp, Sonoran chicken, and carnitas. They offer a side of rice, beans, or chips. I chose the beans. I loved the shrimp and Sonoran chicken tacos, but found the carnitas taco to be a little bland. The carnitas were cut into chunks instead of being shredded. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. Other than that, I had no complaints and would definitely order from here again! I recommend it!

We decided to eat at this truck as we were out celebrating my husband's birthday. My husband ordered the chicken tacos and I ordered the shrimp tacos. They were undoubtedly the best tacos we have ever had. The service of the people were just as wonderful. Very generous and personal. You have to try the great food they offer, you won't regret it!

Came all the way from TX an heard so many great things about New Flame so I had to stop by an try it. I was blown away by the bacon jam burger ! I've had so many other burgers in TX that were supposed to be some of the best in the state but this bacon jam burger from New flame blew them out of the water it was AMAZING!! The best burger i have ever had ! Can't wait to come back an get some more ! Definitely will be bragging about this burger forever and recommending it to anyone who's going to gilbert !

My kids' school had this food truck on campus tonight because of a family movie night. I ordered a burger that had a bacon jelly on it, I can't remember the name sorry! Anyhow, it was the best burger ever! Seriously, if you see this food truck don't miss out on their juicy tasty burgers! Every bit of it was delicious!

They visited my work today, I don't think I have seen them at my work before. I got the Shrimp Pesto tacos. They were not the best tacos I have ever had but they were pretty darn good. I have sworn a lot of the trucks that come to my work off for having no so great food but if New Flame comes back I will definitely order again.

OMG! The Bleu Cheese Balsamic Burger was off the hook! I'm not a big burger person but wow, this burger was legendary...one of those things you eat and think back on again in a dreamy way like Homer Simpson would. Plus, being from a food truck, you get that authentic one-on-one experience with the owner that has a true love of and passion for food. Red cabbage Cole Slaw was perfectly seasoned and marinated. And as if this wasn't enough...home made bun! Super delish, highly recommended!

I can't say enough great things about New Flame. We visited their food truck at an event in Gilbert to try out their food for our wedding. I was blown away. The tacos were literally the best tacos I have ever had. My fiance fell in love with the Bacon Jam burger. Needless to say, we booked them for our wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend!
