We sat at the bar and ordered from the happy hour menu towards the end of the happy hour hours. The first of our appetizers to arrive was the meatball sliders which were cold. I wanted to say something but my friend didn't want me to. The arancini arrived after our pizza was Eaten and honestly wasn't anywhere as good as they usually are. Very disappointed. As NORTH is one of my favorite places to eat!!!

We were placed next to a group of 10 plus and the waiter was overwhelmed with that group another and just 2 of us that had people next to us loud and moving in and out the whole night. Probably won't return this year.

I have been to several North restaurants. I usually go to the one in Scottsdale. That restaurant is just OK. It has a high noise level and mediocre service. The best one was in Tucson. I thought we would try the one in Gilbert and see if it was as nice as the one in Tucson. What I found was this. It has an awful parking situation. It was so bad that I had to park across the avenue at a large shopping center. Other people were just driving around because were no spaces. Just an awful location for a restaurant. The ambiance of the restaurant was terrible. Very loud noise level and loud music. The food was very good as it is in the other North restaurants and the service was decent enough but, not great. The crew seating people was not very attentive even though we had a reservation. My wife is handy capped and she was very annoyed with these people. They seemed like they were doing us a favor to seat us. Eventually we were able to sit down. If you want a nice meal with some reasonable ambiance don't go to this North location. It's loud, it's brash and kind of unfriendly. The food is good but the experience is not worth it.

The food was amazing. The wine good. Our server was great. The only thing I have to complain about is the fact I had a reservation & I was still seated about 30 minutes late. I was staring at an empty table that whole time which ended up being our table. Definitely glad I made a reservation though! The wait for walk-ins was 2 hours. Yikes!

First time at North Italia , the team was friendly and the restaurant was cute. I had the lasagna and it was served in a metal dish and the bottom was burnt. Very small portion and dried out. My daughter had a pesto dish and that's all you could taste , very overpowering and didn't even eat a 1/4 of this dish Our waitress recommended the spicy rigatoni dish and it was very bland. I would not recommend this restaurant.

One of our favorite restaurants! The pizza is amazing and we loved the focaccia bread app. We come here regularly and have always felt welcomed with our young kids! Great for date night too

Ordered Togo right before close on Tuesday night. We received the best shrimp scampi and short rib lumache that we’ve ever tried from this restaurant. Absolutely delicious with generous portion sizes. Our compliments to the chefs!

We were put in a room deep inside the restaurant. The server seated us and never bothered to check in. Food was good, but the service was awful.
We used to love North Italia, but unfortunately the last two times we visited the Gilbert location the service was very bad. 15 minutes until we got our drinks, over a 45 minute wait for dinner and we waited so long to get the check. It's frustrating because we love the food but the service is not what it used to be.

Not a pleasant outing. Made a reservation. Checked in and hostess said they were backed up and it would be awhile. We were seated for a party of two 45 minutes later. We ordered immediately when our waitress attended to our table, and our dish didn't arrive for another 45 minutes. Very disappointed.
