Food is decent, not the best but it's Hawaiian fast food you can't have high expectations. Their employees are rude and never say please or thank you. Most of the time you are greeted with eye rolls and handed your bag with no other words. We come here often enough that its not just one or 2 people, its the whole store. Not looking for a full conversation but at least a thank you or have a good night. Disappointing behavior.

Food here is not consistent. Sometimes it’s amazing, but other times you get beef that’s been overcooked so badly, you feel like you’re eating beef jerky. Macaroni salad is always a hit and I do always ask for two scoops otherwise it’s not enough. When the food is cooked right, it’s amazing but when it’s not, I wish that I’d have gone to the competitor down the street without the drive thru!

Miss Ono Hawaiian BBQ is one of the best Hawaiian barbecues I've ever been to their food is exceptionally great and hot and tasty and the service is above and beyond and the manager Miss Torres was very helpful and kind to my elderly parents very helpful my parents love this place. I highly recommend this location to anybody seeking Hawaiian food.
