This is my first time trying Ono. I ordered the BBQ Beef that comes with rice, veggies and macaroni salad. It’s more food than I expected. I was wishing it had more of the BBQ sauce then realized they have self-serve next to drink dispenser. I got some and all is good. I tried a similar dish in Hawaii that compares. Service nor Atmosphere was bad but it’s not a 5 star. Will I come back, yes ! I ordered the Guava pie, just sounds good

Food is decent, not the best but it's Hawaiian fast food you can't have high expectations. Their employees are rude and never say please or thank you. Most of the time you are greeted with eye rolls and handed your bag with no other words. We come here often enough that its not just one or 2 people, its the whole store. Not looking for a full conversation but at least a thank you or have a good night. Disappointing behavior.

Food here is not consistent. Sometimes it’s amazing, but other times you get beef that’s been overcooked so badly, you feel like you’re eating beef jerky. Macaroni salad is always a hit and I do always ask for two scoops otherwise it’s not enough. When the food is cooked right, it’s amazing but when it’s not, I wish that I’d have gone to the competitor down the street without the drive thru!
