Stuffed Riga Tony
These tubular rigatoni are hand stuffed with our fresh ricotta cheese, Oregano's herbs, and covered with a slightly creamy meat sauce. It's finished with shredded Parmesan. This "Tony" has been in hiding since the old days. Welcome home!
Ragin' Cajun Chicken Pasta
All-natural, lightly breaded chicken tops a mixture of mushrooms, red peppers and caramelized onions in our special Cajun sauce and spices. We top it all off with cotija cheese and fresh pico de gallo
Italian Flag Lasagna

Huge all natural chicken breast served on a bed of fettuccine and topped with our homemade marinara, provolone and our four cheese blend.
El Diablo Pasta
You won't need a fire hose but this dish definitely has a kick! We toss chicken or BIG tail-on shrimp in a special chipotle cream sauce and mix with fettuccine pasta, cotija cheese and Pico de Gallo.
Alfredo the Dark
Poblano peppers and a blend of southwest cheeses are sauteed with spiral pasta and topped with diced tomatoes, a tasty jalapeno and served with garlic bread.
Zany Ziti
Ziti pasta, meat sauce and four Italian cheeses are topped with Wisconsin cheese, and sprinkled with oregano.
Big Rig Pasta
Rigatoni pasta covered with a tasty tomato chipotle cream sauce, chopped basil, diced tomatoes, Parmesan and a spicy finish.
Hakuna Piccatta
Two large chicken breasts lightly breaded and baked to perfection, served over fettuccini pasta with a delicious lemon butter sauce and those cool little capers. Try this and have no worries for the rest of your night.
Lady is a Scampi
We take chicken or BIG tail-on shrimp and mix it with spiral pasta, diced tomatoes, fresh cilantro, and imported Parmesan cheese, all swimming happily in our chipotle garlic sauce.
Shrimply Caprese
We take six massive shrimp over a bed of spaghetti pasta and Caprese-fy it with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and Parmesan cheese. Finally, we cover it all in our delicious aromatic garlic sauce.

Julius Caesar Salad
Fresh Romaine blend, our special dressing, homemade croutons and shaved and shredded Parmesan cheese. *Due to manufacturer packaging shortages we may not be able to serve this salad with our great dressing. Your salad may be served with an alternative caesar dressing.
The Pablo Salad
Fajita chicken, fresh Romaine blend, cotija, cheddar and our four cheese blend, all mixed with cilantro, tomatoes and onion and tossed in a slightly spicy chipotle ranch dressing and topped with tri-colored corn strips. Veg heads, try pinto beans instead of chicken.
The Big Beefstro Salad
We start with a LARGE amount of our tasty shaved ribeye, add jalapenos, cotija cheese, tomatoes, spinach, fresh Romaine blend, a little onion, dashes of cilantro, and topped with crispy sweet onions. It's served with our fat-free sweet serrano pepper dressing. It's kinda low fat, has a kick, and great for you high protein nuts! Moo.
The Antipasto Thing
Try this salad that's loaded with all your favorite meats, fresh Romaine blend, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, red peppers, red onions, pepperoncini, Italian cheese, our cheese-tons and tossed with Italian dressing. *Due to manufacturer packaging shortages we may not be able to serve this salad with our great dressing. Your salad may be served with an alternative Creamy Italian dressing.
Vino Bambino
Fresh Romaine blend with Caesar dressing and a medley of tri-colored pasta, black olives, bell peppers, scallions, cilantro and pinto beans. We top it with our wine-marinated chicken, red bell peppers, sun dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.
Oregano's Favorite
And soon to be yours! Fresh Romaine blend, roasted red peppers, our spiced feta cheese, combined with a medley of sun dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, pine nuts and raisins, with our tasty honey vinaigrette dressing and topped with red onions.
Simple House Salad
Fresh Romaine blend, red onion, sliced cucumber, sliced tomatoes, pepperoncini, homemade croutons and your choice of dressing. Cheese Chomps
Wisconsin cheese bites, coated in breadcrumbs and lightly cooked to a golden brown. Choose one of our house made seasonings (Dry Rub or Garlic Parmesan) - or enjoy them plain with two dipping sauces of your choice.

The Original Italian Stuffed
We stuff about a ½ lb. of pepperoni, capicola and salami into an Italian roll, add provolone, and bake this baby to perfection! Then we add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, black olives and oil & vinegar dressing sprinkled with some dried oregano.
Chicken Parm Sandwich
It's a BIG chicken breast with our homemade marinara, topped with provolone and our four cheese blend on a perfect Italian roll rubbed with a special garlic spread.
Ciabatta Bing Ciabatta Boom
Two huge chicken breasts topped with fresh tomatoes, melted mozzarella, roasted red peppers, fresh basil, and our house balsamic glaze on a chipotle garlic ciabatta bun.
Big Beef Sandwich
Back up the trailer because we got a ½ lb. of shaved ribeye beef in here. Then we add roasted Poblano peppers, caramelized red onions, Havarti cheese and our chef's special sauce. Careful, there's a little kick to this cow.
Veggie Stuffed Sandwich
Mozzarella cheese topped with pinto beans, spinach, sliced tomatoes, avocado, roasted red peppers and onions, and sliced mushroom with our house balsamic glaze on a chipotle garlic ciabatta bun.
Meatball Sandwich
Weighing in at over a ½ lb., three huge homemade meatballs are nestled in an Italian roll and topped with marinara and provolone cheese, then baked.
Our Chicago Italian Sausage
Over a ½ lb. of our sausage made "the Chicago way". It's topped with melted provolone cheese and served with a side of marinara…a bit hot and spicy. Yow!
Turkey Stuffed Sandwich
Oven-roasted turkey and provolone, then baked. We add lettuce, tomato, onion, green peppers, black olives and oil & vinegar sprinkled with dried oregano. Gobble.

Always amazing but the staff went the extra mile tonight! Our friend’s daughter wrapped her retainer in a napkin which was discarded. After realizing and alerting the staff, Mike dove through the trash and found it!!! Such beautiful customer service! We will come back for years, thanks Mike!

Great food, even better service!!!

We had a large party and Claire gave great service. She was very attentive and friendly. Good came out quickly and was delicious. The team at oreganos went above and beyond when we discovered my daughter’s retainer had accidentally been thrown away (she mistakenly left it wrapped in a napkin). Multiple people searched the trash for it (servers, dish washers, etc) but Mike was the hero finding it for us!!! I would never expect...

Oregano’s on Gilbert absolutely CRUSHES the Hakuna Piccata! This is the one place that gets it perfect every single time—tender chicken, bright lemon flavor, and just the right amount of capers. I’ve tried this dish at so many other oreganos and they always mess it up, but the oreganos on Gilbert never does. It’s consistently amazing and clearly made with care. If you love Hakuna Piccata and want it done RIGHT, Oregano’s is undefeated. I’d come back just for this dish...
