Gave this place a try and will never order here again. Over priced and poor quality. Ordered a large works pizza and received a pizza that had hardly any toppings on it. If we had wanted only crust and cheese on a pizza we would have ordered a cheese pizza. It was also frustrating to learn that they will charge you more in store for extra dipping sauce than what is advertised online.

We order from this location quite often. My husband ordered 2 pizzas and 2 of your sandwiches. We eat 1 pizza and everything else goes in the fridge. This morning my husband opens a box of the sandwiches and there is a ROACH, German roach at that!!! We've never seen a roach in this house!! So, I know that roaches infest cardboard boxes, so possibly you've got an infestation OR the delivery guy has an infestation in his car! Do we need to inspect the delivery drivers car interior? This is unacceptable! Our pizza and sandwiches are in the trash now.

We ordered off the app before and never had any issues! Today we ordered the kids pizza. Guess what? Nothing! We called and asked what happened and they said the driver went to the wrong address! The app shows our correct address, but they keep saying the wrong address! It’s been over three hours and the kids are waiting to eat! I called and told them the correct address! I’m hoping they don’t send cold pizza!

Placed an order for a medium pizza and bread sticks have a good tip for what we ordered as well at at 7pm ... Showed delivery by 750... It didn't show up called store for the guy who answered to tell us they had no order for our address until after about 10 minutes of argument ng he was like oh yea we do it will be delivered in 3 minutes... Fast forward another 15 minutes still no delivery ... Called again this time got the manager he was like yea it shows about 2 minutes until she delivers it... Says it will be hot and fresh (mind you it's showed on it way for over 45 mins at this point) he was like it's in a bag etc ... Finally about 15 minutes more or shows up finally and is cold ... 🤦♀️ .... So I would advise don't order from here unless you like cold food ... (We love 5 mins away and have a sleeping baby)

This is the worst looking pizza I have ever gotten , been a papa John’s fan for over 15 years, they were my first job in high school, we would have NEVER let this pizza leave like this. I also asked for half pineapple and half bacon and they did half Canadian bacon which is not what I asked for. Something is off with this cheese I have never seen it do this! Won’t be coming back to this location I drove far for this too !

We preordered pizza a week prior to Halloween, even payed for it. When we went to pick it up they had lost our order and we had to wait an hour for them to remake it. When I called the next day to talk to the manager about the situation, he wasn't interested in getting details or trying to problem solve what happened. He just gave me some free pizza, which I appreciate but how can a business get better and improve if they don't listen to constructive criticism from customers?

So the cup of garlic butter they gave me was already opened... spilled all over in the box and seeped out onto my cooler while walking up my stairs with both. Didn't even notice until I walked in the door. Very sketchy!!

Let me explain my four star grade. If I am comparing against a place like Sal's or Venezia's or Oregano's, I'd be giving a grade of one or two stars. These other places are just better ingredients and cooking process. I give four stars vs places like Little Caesars, Pizza Hut, Papa Murphy, etc. You get the idea.
I had a coupon and hadn't had that nice garlic sauce of theirs for many years.
Service was fast, pizzas were hot. I think I could give them 5 if they had done a better job of covering the dough with sauce and toppings (little sparse).
They messed up the order but made it right it just took a little longer

I'll start by say saying, I like Papa John's. The pizza I ordered today lacked representation of the brand. It was as if they ran out out cheese and added extra sauce to see if I'd notice. Well I noticed and it was not good. Very disappointing.

Tried to order a pizza thru the app like I always do. It wanted a code. There isn't a code. It's $8.99 for a large one topping pizza. I order this all the time! Called the store. Can barely understand the guy I spoke with. He told me the offer expired and it would be $9.99! Told him the app says $8.99. Told him I had papa rewards. He told me he couldn't do that. Transfered me to some other number. It rang and then I got disconnected! Called back the original number and got some woman I couldn't understand! Went thru the same thing with her! Told her just forget it I would find another pizza place and this was horrible customer service. I can sure understand why this place only has a 3 star rating! Their pizza is not worth all this aggravation!
