customer service is trash. impossible to speak to a manager. person answering the phone is useless. take your money elsewhere
Just out Jed 2 large thin crusts, one of which was supposed to be double mushrooms, double pepperoni with extra cheese. Unfortunately, I hardly got any mushrooms and multiple areas of the pizza don't even have any cheese.
If you're considering Papa John's as a quick meal, I encourage you to consider someplace else. Otherwise, if you really want their pizza, I strongly advise ordering from a location other than #3421 located near Chandler Heights/Higley in SE Gilbert, AZ.
