Constantly disappointed by the food at this location. Today’s was especially disgusting. I couldn’t even eat it. 20 bucks down the drain I guess.

Food delivery arrived late,delivery person heavy smoker. Plastic bag food was in reeked. Opened container Chicken and broccoli, broccoli was old and uncooked. Sad meal prep for a name brand .

This place used to be packed, standing room only on a Saturday Night. Menu changes and just mediocre food now. Wish they could go back and make great food, I miss it.

Poor food quality. I ordered honey chicken and chicken was chewy. I question if this is even real chicken.

Spicy general tso chicken was tasty. The pad Thai chicken tasted frozen and not fresh. Everything just tasted the same and those two dishes should be very different. Maybe we need to try a different dish next time.

Pei wei used to be awesome. But it feels more fast food now. But the prices are still the same. Been ordering the same thing for years and it tastes like something I could anywhere else. For the money, it should be better.

We got hot honey chicken and orange chicken. The rice was overcooked and completely mushy. I the hot honey chicken had an after taste of dirt and the orange chicken tasted like nothing. Im really disappointed I used to like Pei Wei but quality I has dropped to nothing

Great customer service. Manager Stephanie is outstanding in making sure things are done right. Has an issue with orders but Stephanie helped corrected it quickly.

Rice and sauce decent as always. Chicken was disgusting and had so much fat. Never had this kind of experience here. Service very meh.
Gross to see both kitchen employees on their phones, snacking on the line, but not washing hands before preparing an order.
