I can't say enough about this place! It's amazing! The food, the staff, the cleanliness - all amazing. I know everyone says this, but they really do treat you like family. We've been going here for a few years now, and we have honestly never had a bad experience. In fact, we've never hard just an "okay" experience. It's always been great. If you don't check it out once, you're just missing out. Literally our favorite place to eat in Arizona.

Update: Been back innumerous times and the BEST Mediterranean dishes I've had so far. I've tried several other Mediterranean restaurants in the valley and food, service, atmosphere, and quantity and quality of food for the cost at the Phoenicia Cafe are all superb!
Fantastic Gyro, sauce was delicious. Fries were made fresh for the order. The soda had a proper amount of syrup to water ratio. If that is not enough to get you in, the service was great. Greeted with a smile at the door and again when leaving. We will be back for sure.

We visited this particular restaurant to compare their menu with their neighbors' options. The restaurant was clean. The products looked very good and were displayed nicely. We went with the other business for dinner just due to the options they had. If time allowed, I would've tried them.

Food is no where close to the Tempe taste. I suppose not mean the food taste was not good, but it's only or personal preference. We love the items which are served at the Tempe branch and have been going there for over 20 years. Today was the first time at the Gilbert location.People are great, and I am sure the food is perfectly according to people preferences of that location.So plz don't take me review as negative, is just that we didn't like it.

Came in right before closing, technically kitchen was closed but they still hooked it up. Been coming here for about 3-4 years now and again and it never fails to taste like it's the first time. My favorite are their loaded fries, insanely good and flavorful, fries are always crisp.

Yum! We were in the area and in the mood for Mediterranean food. This place was highly rated, so we stopped in mid-afternoon. It's not a fancy place, but don't let the fast food-ish looking interior dissuade you. Our server was helpful, friendly, and prompt. I ordered the spinach pie and hubs got the chicken kabob plate with Greek salad and hummus. Both were delightful and such big portions, we won't have to cook dinner tonight. Fresh, tasty, great bang for your buck. We'd definitely go back!

Love it! Love it! Love it! From the minute we walked in. We were greeted by sweet lady and a young gentleman. (Later we found out they are the owners Sylvia and her son). The food was absolutely delicious! We tried chicken kabob, beef kabab, quzi and appetizer platter. The plates had competition which one was more tasty than another. But they all won!!!! The service was so attentive we couldn't believe it. Overall 10 out of 10!

I got the chicken Philly and a side of hummus with pita and it was probably the grossest meal I've ever ordered it tasted like sloppy joes and the pita was hard only thing good was the hummus extremely disappointed
