We were so impressed with Abby! She was incredibly efficient, warm, and attentive, anticipating the needs of everyone she was helping. Thank you again, Abby!

Falafel was served as cold mush instead of warm or hot patty's. I asked for no onions and only got lettuce and a couple pieces of diced tomato in the pita with the falafel mush. We were one of three tables but our food took forever to come. The server was very nice but I can't help but wonder who was in the kitchen. It wasn't a real cook, that's for sure. Didn't want to send it back for fear of what the person pretending to cook would do to my food. If we go there again it won't be on a Sunday afternoon.

This location went above and beyond to make a catering order for a business meeting an hour before they opened! Already was a fan of their food, but this level of service is elite.

They completely ignore anyone that walks in, came in to pick up my mobile order that I already paid for that was supposed to be ready 25 minutes before I got there. Ended up waiting 30 minutes inside to grab my order. Bad customer service from the staff. Typically it’s pretty simple to pick up an order from a restaurant, even if they’re busy. Would definitely recommend a different location than this one.

I'm only giving one star for this visit in particular, I've been here previously and had no problem otherwise. The food/service here is usually perfect. My reason for this review pertains to my experience this evening.
I ordered a cesar salad and cilantro fries. It took 25 mins for my food to come out. they were busy, things happen, I understand. But when my food came out, my salad was hot, like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for a while, and the dressing was like melted and runny on the bottom of the bowl. Fries were lukewarm, again sitting under the lamps and not 'tossed' in the garlic/cilantro. The garlic/cilantro was on the bottom of the plate, fries on top. Frankly, I wanted to send it back as soon as it came out, but I was very hungry and ate what I could.
I have no problem politely informing my server if I'm not satisfied with something. Usually, they ask after bringing the food out. My server never once asked, nor really checked on me. I was alone at the bar.
1. The server should've recognized the food had been sitting and wasn't up to standard. 2. Should've also asked how everything was so I had a chance to voice my concern.
In conclusion; I was very hungry, ate what I could choke down, and decided to keep quiet given the circumstances. I understand these things happen from time to time and don't feel like this has been my common experience at this location. Hopefully, this review will help in a positive way because I do enjoy this location.

Nothing special here, maybe the folks leaving 5-star reviews have never had Mediterranean food before. Taste was decent, but the lack of sauce left me as sad as this sandwich looks. The cilantro jalapeño hummus was great, but unless you’re only eating hummus for lunch I’d suggest you keep looking

The service was super slow, they were not welcoming and not overly friendly. No carbonation in the sodas / very flat. We told the server and he essentially said their CO2 machine was fine and still charged us $4 per soda. We ordered chicken schwarma… that was not carved off anything…. It was grilled chicken. The hummus and baba ganoush were the only items that were decent. The food otherwise was very mid and very dry. The menu made it sound like the bowls and wraps would be loaded with goodies and their photos on the website look NOTHING like the meals in person. The falafel wraps were mostly bread, minimal filling and no sauce. The bowls were the same issue. Very disappointing. Won’t be going back.

I went here 3 times. 2 of 3 are bad experiences. My first 2 times order got wrong. It does not have things that described on menu. I think they were out of ingredients, half of my wrap are onions. The 3rd time I ordered exactly same before and finally got the right one.
Edited 2025- still suck!!! Customer service is horrible, not friendly and sassy.
It was ok. I got the chicken curry salad and usually it’s really good but the rice to lettuce ratio was off. There was way more rice for some reason and it was a bit overcooked.

Love the staff at this location, very friendly and helpful when ordering. Highly recommend the gyro bowl and chicken curry salad. Arnold palmer with green tea is a best kept secret with this AZ summer heat.
