Baby Back Ribs

Pork Loin
Same cut as pork chops, but without the bone. Seasoned with Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1½ hours. Served thinly sliced.
Pulled Pork
Shredded pork that has been smoked and mixed with our tangy Mustard Au Jus sauce.
Turkey

I stopped by Rudy's BBQ and ordered the pulled pork sandwich, hoping for a flavorful, satisfying meal. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite hit the mark. The sandwich itself was a bit disappointing—while the pork had decent seasoning, it felt a little slimy in texture, which threw off the experience. leaving me wanting more.
