Baby Back Ribs
About 6-8 Ribs per pound. Small and very lean pork ribs, seasoned with Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1 hour.
Pork Loin
Same cut as pork chops, but without the bone. Seasoned with Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1½ hours. Served thinly sliced.
Pulled Pork
Shredded pork that has been smoked and mixed with our tangy Mustard Au Jus sauce.
Turkey

Tasty BBQ, friendly service, and clean dining area. Expect to pay $30+ for 2 people to have lunch. I'm not a fan of soliciting a tip for handing you your food at the counter.

They have the best BBQ. I love the ribs. They are always juicy and meaty. I buy their BBQ sauce to have lots of extra.. I am addicted to this place. I only wish there were more restaurants.

Decided to try this BBQ spot out this weekend as our usual spot is quite a drive. We were so surprised by the quality and flavor of the food for a chain! We've been to some of the top rated bbq places in AZ, and I can say without hesitation that Rudy's did it better than some of them! My only regret was that I was so consumed by the food that I forgot to take pictures to post! We tried the prime rib, baby back ribs, regular sausage, and the potato salad. And guess what,...
