Pork Loin
Same cut as pork chops, but without the bone. Seasoned with Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1½ hours. Served thinly sliced.

Shredded pork that has been smoked and mixed with our tangy Mustard Au Jus sauce.

I stopped by this location this evening to grab a sandwich to go and was greeted by a friendly young male staff member who was very helpful about menu choices. I ended up getting a pulled pork sandwich and a side of beans along with a fountain drink. The pork was a good portion and very tasty along with the beans which were hot and fresh. I look forward to returning again in the near future.

Best barbecue in Arizona! They had exceptional customer service While we did our catering order Answered all of our questions thoroughly and in depth. Jessica was amazing 10/10 recommend.

Was ok but for what we payed, could have gotten alot more at another BBQ spot. The brisket was cold, luke warm at best. Ordered the most brisket and it was mostly all fat. Will definitely be going to a different BBQ spot.
