I'm back living in Illinois where the original one was.. and I miss the one in Gilbert it was exactly the same as the original one in Berwyn. In Illinois they have one in Bolingbrook that is good but doesn't taste the same and another in a bar that claims they have the original salernos and it taste absolutely nothing like the one in Gilbert ( the original ) I'll be out to visit and stop by again

Great spot! Tried for first time after picking up my kid after school. Special beef sandwich lunch special was large, but so good I had to finish. My son said his gluten free pizza was so good we had to leave a review. Ray who helped us was awesome and I look forward to coming back with my whole family.

What a surprise! Family is from Chicago, and when we were young we used to frequent the Berwyn location. Would buy the half cooked pie and strap it to the roof of the station wagon in the winter and drive back to KC...man it's been about 30 years, and I have always compared other pizza to Salerno's.... Best decision this week, it's the real thing.
