Shake Shack San Tan Village

Don’t order a grilled cheese, completely burned. Burgers were cold, shakes were melted, the only thing that was fresh was the one order of fries we waited over 20 minutes for while the rest of the food sat.

I do usually enjoy shake shack. That being said this visit was terrible. It might just be the location because the Scottsdale location has always been good.

I do recommend Shake shack, but I would avoid this location at all costs.

Very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Great staff, good food. Cleanliness was lacking but as I said it was busy.

This is a very busy place! At least it was on Saturday when we stopped by. This was my first experience with Shake Shack. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and my husband ordered a burger. Our meal came out fast, fresh, and hot! And delicious too! We didn't have room for a shake but do plan to return some evening after dinner to pick up a couple of shakes

Tried this place for the first time, had high expectations, but that was shortly lived. Food was less than mediocre. Ordered a cheeseburger, was bland and dry. More than likely won't be returning to this establishment again. There also wasn't a kid menu either so that was a bummer.

This is my first time going here to the Shake Shack, I was kind of surprised that they offered wine as a drink option. I didn't actually get to eat one of their hamburgers which I wanted you to try because I ordered a mushroom burger thinking it was a burger with mushrooms instead of a mushroom burger vegan but as far as that it still tasted pretty good 2 portobello mushrooms stuffed with cheese covered with a breadcrumb covering and fried, I guess it was okay but I'm a beef eater and I was really wanting to try their hamburgers. Maybe the next time I will actually get a burger with mushrooms on it. I guess if you're a vegan it would be a great choice.

My first impression is the food is not good. Cold fries & a watered down juice, the burger was ok. Not my cup of tea. I like how they use tallow for the fries but not good when they are cold. I will not try again. 🤷‍♀️

No napkins at 3pm on a Tuesday Grand son asked for some and was told around the corner which where we looked first wife had to go up and get them would say value of the items we bought were over priced for the size milk shake, float and a Dr Pepper

They pay someone to do everyone's refills lol

Placed an online order. Waited until we got notified the order was ready for pickup (we were sitting in the parking lot). Came in, nothing was on the online order shelves. Got in touch with someone about our current order, she checked and said it would be about 5 mins as they still have to bag it. 10 mins later, our order is ready. We get home (about a 5 min drive) and sit down to eat. Everything is cold. The cheese on the grilled cheese isn’t melted at all. Burgers tasted like they had been sitting out for some time, also, one of the burgers was completely wrong (was supposed to be just bacon cheese, and meat, but had everything on it) and it all cost over $40 for cold food. Absolutely horrible, will not be returning.
