Shake Shack San Tan Village

I understand this is a trendy busy restaurant but the tables were dirty. The staff wasn't very friendly and it was just overall not a great experience.

If you order a BLT don’t be fooled by the advertised picture. That’s two small strips of bacon and it costs about $7. No sauce on it either.
Service is on par. Tables are dirty. We ate around 5pm, so dinner time but there were 3 other groups in there. Not enough to justify dirty tables.
Music is a little too loud for me but that’s not a deal breaker.
This was our 2nd trip here. We won’t be returning.

Supper slow fast food. Waited 20 minutes for burger and chicken bites. Don't try the spicy carmel shake. Red pepper burn.

If I could give a negative number for service I would. Expect to wait a long time for your food. Took 50 minutes to cook two burgers and one order of fries. I wanted my money back by the time it was ready. TERRIBLE service and experience for the price

We decided on burgers for dinner, so we decided on burgers from here. I had the Avocado Bacon Burger, my granddaughter had the Bacon Cheeseburger, they were just what we needed,and let's not forget the Cheese Fries. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious 😋. Check them out.

I placed an order for pick up at 8pm. They said it would be ready by 8:15. I arrived at 8:20 they said that I need to come back in 30 min because my online order was pushed? I came back in 30 min as they said and still no order and then proceeded to ask me what i had ordered..So I wasted 1 hour trying to get one burger that should take 5 min. Ridiculous

I had forgotten had bad this place was at Kierland Commons. This one is the same. Once again, the fries were stale, the staff rude, the shakes were wrong & tasted like powered mix. What a waste of money, I won’t forget again!

Worst experience. They ran out of numbers so I put my phone number in. It told me that my order was in the kitchen. I started seeing people with table numbers and asked a worker. She said they must have run out of numbers. I said I entered 0 for the table number. She walked off without saying anything and I was sure she understood. She never showed up again. My wife went up to the counter and our order was just sitting there getting cold. Never again.

Good burgers that you can customize. Shakes are amazing. This is a modern and clean restaurant. Order at the kiosk and they'll either bring it to you or text you. Quiet inside so you can have a conversation.

I thought there would be more shake options with it being the name. It's spaded and looked like a little bit thicker Culver's hamburger patty. I felt like it wasn't cooked well. The fries were over cooked. The cheese was just a blob on top of the fries. Not heated. The chairs are horribly uncomfortable. I didn't see anyone wiping down tables. Super crowded.
