Shake Shack San Tan Village

I’m standing in the restaurant currently. I placed my order just after 8:39PM, it is currently 9:22PM. My order never came out until I questioned why. They then tried to give me cold, very cold food. I did not accept it and asked for a refund. There are three workers currently, 1 working the grill (Josh) and two girls working the front. Josh provided me with free meal cards and said the refund would need to go through corporate. He then handed me the shift manager’s card, Keegan, and a copy of my receipt. Neither girl apologized, they barely acknowledged me. Mistakes happen but own it and don’t blame it on short staffing. Every order before, after, Uber, DoorDash was prepared timely. I don’t want excuses. Own it and make my time and money wasted right.

This is a great burger place! I really enjoy the chill but trendy atmosphere. The cashier Coco was so friendly and had a welcoming smile! 🤍✨

Don't waste your time here I came for my lunch break and when I got here it was empty juat the workers I orded my food took me 30 min to get my one combo and wasted my whole lunch break and to make it worst my food was cold because I literally saw my burger sit there for 5 mins

Went in for just a burger and fries. The place was empty and yet they still took about 30 min to come out with my food

only ever gotten it 3 or 4 times & the last 2 times, it's always been something wrong w the food. the previous time, my burger was undercooked, looked it up online & the best conclusion was to not eat it. i contacted the restaurant to inform them, since i did carry out & it's a 20mins drive honestly didn't really want to drive back since it was 9pm. my call went to voicemail & i left a detailed message w a number to call me back at and i have not heard back since, which was back on November 6th.
decided to forgive them and go back today november 17th, now this time im missing my fries. (didn't want to follow up on the previous incident in person bc im not one to complain yk)
just a waste of money at this point, not gonna go back anymore.

We went there for lunch today. The burger was burnt and the fries were hard. We were really disappointed.

Great experience at Shake Shack today. The service was excellent and I enjoy having ability to place my order on the iPads. The food was also tasty. I’ll certainly be back!

I recently visited Shake Shack and had a fantastic experience! The service was great, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. I tried the truffle burger, and it was delicious—definitely a must-try! The shakes were the highlight for me; I had the cookies and cream and the strawberry, both of which were amazing. I left feeling satisfied and can't wait to return for another meal. Highly recommend Shake Shack for anyone craving a tasty burger and delightful shakes!

I had a great time. Yes it is pricey - $25 for me - but I splurged and let me tell you how and why.

Black truffle burger with a mushroom patty added, cheese truffle fries, root beer.

It’s a great spot, great views and it’s always busy. This is a very affluent part of town so if it isn’t good it doesn’t stay afloat for long. Highly recommend trying it once.

Ordered a couple shakes. Chocolate Salted Caramel and Strawberry Frosted Donut. Was sorely disappointed. The shakes had none of the toppings there were supposed to, and staff didn't seem to care about it. There was no salty or caramel flavor in the one, and no sprinkles or strawberry flavor to the other. Both shakes had just been placed on the pickup counter and both were already pretty liquid.

Really good place for lunch. Dined here on a weekday for lunch and had a root beer float with my meal. I love the way the French fries tastes here and the burger trays were clean both times I had lunch here.
