Most overpriced mid place. Burgers are small and cost too much and don't think avocado oil makes a cheesy smash burger healthier. You can really get your money's worth at most other burger restauraunts.

The burgers were great and the fries were amazing. I really like the fries, but the one thing that I didn’t care for was the Boba they were tiny small and left a film in your mouth like they were the last of a bucket or something like they weren’t good they have no flavor. They’re supposed to be strawberry but no flavor and their half-and-half flavoring is very weak. It was not strong at all, but I am glad for my first experience. The food was good.

Burned both of our burgers. Galaxy at the register was super sweet.

Quality has gone downhill. It used to be consistently great, but lately it feels rushed — always busy and the food quality just isn’t there anymore. On top of that, they almost always forget something in my pickup orders, so I have to check the bag every time and go back to ask for whatever’s missing. Really disappointing for a place that used to be so reliable.

My first time ever trying shake shack. I wasn't impressed, burger was okay( over cooked, missing items, bun is delicious). The onion rings were gross( basically Grease and dirty grease at that) should have just got fries

I don't go on this store too often. Because it always feel like I'm not wanted in there. One of the workers was very rude.

Visited Shake Shack for lunch after a Costco run in Gilbert at SanTan Village. The atmosphere leaned messy for a fast-food spot, and the service felt pretty indifferent. We tried the Shack Burgers and fries, and honestly, the bun was dense, the cheese tasted overly processed, and I couldn’t even tell if there was any sauce on it. The fries were just okay, nothing memorable. I left feeling like I had eaten pure junk, and it sat heavy afterward. Overall, below average and definitely not worth a return visit. Saluti

I placed an order online. Used three offers: $5 shakes and $3 fries and $10 big shack. The Big Shack was great value: the meat was thick and juicy, I could barely fit the burger in my mouth.

I had the black and white shake: cold and creamy, the flavors of the shake complemented each other.

The fries were a bit cold but that's cause I had to drive from Chandler. They were still very crispy.

Overall, portions were good and prices can be good if you order online. will return!
