The spicy tuna bowl was fresh and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat. The yellowtail nigiri was buttery and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The shrimp noodles were flavorful and cooked perfectly. Everything tasted high quality and beautifully prepared. I'll definitely be back!
The quality of taste was great. However, I would like to see the improvements of cleanliness. Tables, floor , bathroom, all servers have to do hosting, bussing and serving. It was busy Friday night, must save a labor cost and I did not see any manager though.
Best sushi in the valley. When I asked them if they have tamari soy sauce, and the told me it was all tamari I knew it was high end and I was going to enjoy the meal. The sushi was most excellent, fresh, and the service was great. I highly recommend and I’ll be back. Great gluten free options as well.
