We love Snooze, but the prices have increased, portions and quality have decreased, and coffee is weak. Very much feels like a big chain now instead of a unique breakfast spot.

It was my first time here as my sister recommended. Loved the setup and atmosphere. The food was really good as our entire party chose something different. Drinks were priced really good and the service was awesome. Thanks for a great experience and we'll definitely return if we're ever in the region.

Waited in line for over an hour and they kept telling us we were next only to tell us we had 4 people in front of us and then took us off the waitlist and forced to go find something else near by.

I left my personal property there and called 17 times over 3 hours, not one call was answered. All they do is text me a note with the website. Customer Service is DEAD!!!!
If my property is not there, I blame you and only you. I had to go straight to the airport when I left and I am unable to go back to that restaurant until after 1 o’clock this afternoon. I should be able to call and say hey, I left my property, this is what it looks like, can you please grab it and put it up rather than possibly having it stolen because you won’t answer the phone!!!
I won’t be back, I don’t care, I don’t care how the service was, I don’t care about anything other than the personal items that I left at this point.

Great atmosphere. However, the food portions are really small, not like the pictures shown. I went to dine in wirh my two sons, and we ordered the happy hour mocktails, and we're charged full price for all three, which made the bill even higher. They didn't apologize for the discrepancy that I had to bring to their attention. All in all, I'd rate this place 3 out of 5 stars.
