This place used to be awesome. I had been coming here almost daily for four years. But the quality has gone down so much. The drinks don’t taste right, the snacks are hit and miss, and the drive-thru is slow. They must have adjusted their soda machines because even when you get a plain soda without any add-ins, the soda doesn’t taste like it should. The pretzels are often hard and stale and the cheese is sometimes congealed and tastes like it has been sitting in a warmer for days. Additionally, they don’t let you use their gift cards anymore. For three months they have been saying that they are switching systems and I have a gift card with 40 bucks on it that I can’t use. This makes me mad because the only reason I had this gift card is because they charge you extra if you pay with a debit/credit card, so I loaded up the gift card to avoid the extra charges. Overall, it feels like they did well and were successful and now they have gotten lazy and don’t really try anymore.

Cookies were dry and crunchy two times in a row now (and we get the four pack), asking for tips digitally (the cash cups were more fun, and please with the iPad for real?), rewards system being rolled out pre-maturely, and many of the employees lack the same energy that was once behind “welcome to soda rush, what can I get you sipping on”
