Someburros

I used the drive thru for the first time today. Extra fast! I got a red chili burrito in a bowl. So good. I love SomeBurros. All of their food is great.

Parking: A bit crowded by discount tire and Sam’s club but always enough parking

I've been here a few times as my kid's school does a fundraiser here, which is appreciated, so thank you. Otherwise, I would not come here. The food is ok, but the service is horrible.

The last time I was there, there were two people in the kitchen, and five or so people at the counter. However, the people at the counter mainly stood around waiting for the kitchen.

Additionally, a couple that came in after me had one person get their food, while the other person did not. At one point they asked an employee when they were getting the second meal as the first person was almost done.

We shared a meal it was good, I’m from Arizona but live out of state now and really miss a good cheese enchilada! I can’t get that where I live now.

Young man named Julian was very helpful he was easy to talk to and gave me good advice on what to get... The food was good but Julian was even better... THANK YOU JULAINNN!!! CORA WAS ALSO AWESOMEEEEEE AT GIVING ME TIPS ABT THE MENU. BLAKE WAS CLEANING ALL THE TABLES NOT A SKNGLE DIRTY TABLE FOR LONGER Thne 2 minutes. LOVED ALL EMPOLYES I WILL BE XOMING BACK. The Pollo Fundido is my favorite but lately I've been on a taco kick that only SomeB's can satisfy.

I've been patronizing Someburros since its first location opened in Tempe decades ago. Recently I've visited their restaurants at Chandler Heights/Gilbert Road and by Chandler Mall with very disappointing results.

Today, curiosity got me wondering if the San Tan Village location was just as inept with their food preparation. So I stopped by for lunch and ordered the #1 combo with a chicken taco and cheese enchilada.

A taco and enchilada should be the easiest items for a Mexican food restaurant to prepare, but Someburros has fallen on such hard times they can't get even the simplest of tasks satisfactorily completed.

The taco was as skinny as it's Jack in the Box cousin and the enchilada had large chunks of unmelted cheese on the inside. At least Someburros is consistent as I experienced the same food quality at the other locations recently visited.

So now I know I didn't catch one of the Someburros having an off day. Even the finest restaurants have bad days. Over the past three weeks I've been to three Someburros and none of them know how to melt cheese.

So..... I give up. I'm a loyal customer to businesses who offer quality products and services but I've given Someburros more than a fair chance to perform.... Adios.
