Coffe was good, drive through was very busy. Inside was not. Baristas were not the best customer servicewise.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to this location! A few of us craved Starbees lovers were in this line like 15 minutes before close on Christmas Eve and they handled us still with kindness and care. I felt so bad to even have them making some tea before closing, so I made sure to tip graciously! Thank you for being so kind to us and I hope everyone else was kind in this day. But coming here before, the staff was always so kind! Please give these employees a great recognition for their hardworking before enjoying some time for the holidays!!

Very busy place. Service was great and fast. Not usual for Starbucks. Especially as busy as it was. Good job! Didn't order any food. I'm not a big Starbucks fan. Although it made all the good requirements. 👍

Disappointed that there is no chestnut praline latte on the holiday drink menu! The drink options are underwhelming. The peppermint mocha and caramel brulee latte are too sweet.

My daughter & I have been coming to this locations every week day for the last sixth month. My daughter is special needs & we always feel deeply welcomed here. The staff is accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable & timely. We are provided not only with Starbucks products but a sense of community and warmth I haven’t experienced anywhere else. I highly recommend this location.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Starbucks — and all over a cup of water.

I went through the drive-thru and asked for a venti iced water. The manager, Justine, who was taking orders, informed me that they no longer offer water unless a purchase is made. Fine. I said I’d pay for the water. No issue.

When I got to the window, she was holding the water and immediately launched into an unnecessary, condescending lecture:

“Do you understand that you need to purchase something to get a cup of water?”
I said, “Yes, I already told you I’d pay for it.”
Instead of taking payment or offering a solution, she doubled down and talked to me like a child.

“No, but do you really understand?”

What exactly did she think I was missing? I acknowledged the policy — multiple times — and offered to PAY. But she continued berating me like I was trying to pull something shady. Over WATER.

She then said she “can’t do this again,” implying I was somehow gaming the system, when I had literally followed her instructions and tried to pay for a cup of water. She never once suggested I buy a bottle or anything else to satisfy their “minimum purchase” rule — just kept hammering the same point like she was on a power trip. She was supposedly going to let it pass this one time and give me the water cup for free, and after her lecture I asked for the water and she rolled her eyes so far to the back of her head. I said, do you want me to pay for it or not?!

The final straw? She told me to “go park and get happier because I am not happy about life.” Excuse me? She escalated a completely calm conversation with her attitude and condescension, and then had the nerve to act like I was the problem.

This manager lacks not only customer service skills but basic human decency. It’s Arizona in the summer — and you’re aggressively gatekeeping a cup of water someone OFFERED TO PAY FOR?

Starbucks, if this is who you put in charge, you’re failing your customers. I won’t return to this location, and I wouldn’t be surprised if others choose to do the same after dealing with this kind of arrogant, disrespectful treatment.

Also, I tried to call the store and speak to her manager, and she answered. I told her I let corporate know about our interaction and she started in again about how she doesn’t care and said I needed to understand. I said she didn’t offer for me to buy a water bottle. She then said, “You know our bottles cost 4 dollars?” Insinuating that I can’t afford a 4 dollar bottle of water? What a joke.

First thing the staff ask for is a TIP, why should I tip you for you doing your job. Years ago you all didn’t ask for tip on every card payment. Then when I don’t tip, you change your attitude and ignore. Uneducated minimum wages earned and it shows! One star because zero stars is not available

Baristas too busy to pay attention to my order or detail. I've had to get them to redo my drink several times because they're inattentive. Why would I order a drink without coffee? Can you at least verify? Prefer santan location then this one
