Baristas too busy to pay attention to my order or detail. I've had to get them to redo my drink several times because they're inattentive. Why would I order a drink without coffee? Can you at least verify? Prefer santan location then this one

Just like many of the other reviews on this location mention, this location is very drive-thru centric. I order through the app because I don’t have time to sit in my car and wait so I’m always walking in. I am shocked that no one ever greets you. There’s a handful of people who will say hi back to you if you say hi to them, but there are several employees that work here who look right through you like you don’t exist. They have one woman who works certain mornings, and when I walk in and see her, I am guaranteed that my drink isn’t going to be good. I always say no foam on my latte and she manages to give me tons of foam every single time. I will say there is one shift lead (redish hair, pale skin) and crew member (male, possibly Native American, about 5’8”) there who are so sweet, but they can’t change the entire crew.

Elle, the shift leader decided it was ok to talk extremely disrespectful to me as a customer and call me, “dawg” and “bro” and proceed to tell me she doesn’t have to refund me and to get out of her store. Justin Todd, the manager never called me back after requesting a manager call. Looking at the reviews, this is in line with how terribly run this store is. Embarrassing customer service and clearly a lack of proper leadership at this store to where an employee feels they can talk to a paying customer this way with zero repercussions.

Thoughts from a guy who spends a lot of money on coffee: I live in the center of six coffee shops. Wife talked me into coming to this one. Too much emphasis on drive thru. Don't blow off your other customers. 17 minute wait for coffee. Don't let employees go on break when your store is full of customers waiting. During store meeting, go over good attitudes with employees. Be well, and Merry Christmas.

I felt so bad when I bought the drink (Strawberry acai refreshers). Because it was so sour I just wanted it to be sweeter and didn't want to change to a new one. I didn't want to throw it away because it was a pity and the staff wanted to throw it away and make a new one for me but it still wasn't the same as the one I ordered. I have bought drinks here many times because it's close to my work place but I will never come back again. bad attitude

I was served a Bacon, sausage, and egg burrito while being assured that it doesn't contain cheese. I can confirm it does have cheese because it is causing me a lot of pain right now. The employees here don't know what they are feeding people.

When doordashing from this location they routinely mess up the orders or fail to give you the proper items. I recommend going in person so the worker can be held responsible for their mistakes. DO NOT DOORDASH from this location.
