Atlas and Alex are amazing with customer service and fast to make the drinks. Alex got started right away making ours and Atlas was easy to talk to and explain the drinks. Definitely would drive out of my way to come to this specific store due to them. Drinks were made DELICIOUS by Alex as well.

10 minutes for a short coffee and it was cold

I was picking up two DoorDash orders, waited over 20 minutes near the “mobile order pickup” area without anyone asking if I’ve been helped just to find out the “DoorDash pickup” area was toward the back of the store. I thought they were just really busy until I finally asked a barista about the orders I was picking up. I just don’t understand why the “mobile orders” & “DoorDash orders” are located in separate areas.

Minor issue picking up but manager was on it and knew about the issue and had a solution prior to my arrival. Based on my experience I can tell the manager does really care about customers.

I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch CREME Frappuccino and made sure to clarify no coffee/caffeine with the barista twice before paying. (I have a really bad caffeine sensitivity and can't have coffee). She gave me one with coffee and told me it was Creme, and was really rude to me when I asked them to remake it (I've worked in food service so I try to be polite when asking, so I don't think I was in the wrong).

It’s George making my drink incorrectly, offering to “fix it” in the LAZIEST way & getting annoyed with me for wanting my SEVEN DOLLAR DRINK made CORRECTLY?Just ARGUING with me at 6:45am & NOT EVEN STOPPING WHEN HIS MANAGER STEPPED IN.Here is a photo of him standing behind the manager STILL BEING DISRESPECTFUL AND ABUSIVE toward me, costing his store about 30.00 in credits and I’m still calling Starbucks corporate.Hide your daughters, there’s an abusive boy working at Starbucks. This, unfortunately, is the closest Starbucks to my house. It is a total crapshoot when you walk in here. Odds are extremely good that your drink will be wrong. It will also be way later than you think. This is one of the worst Starbucks in the San Tan area. Most of the others around here are considerably better.Update, had to leave this morning after waiting 20 minutes and still no drink. Truly a disaster area.

First time at this location. They had a box of Stanley's and when I asked when they were putting them out, one of the workers hesitated and looked around and then just said later. But when I looked back, the girl behind me was holding one and the same guy that had said later told the guy opening the box of Stanley's to hold one for him. Lmaooooo I felt so awkward that I even asked about the Stanley.Update: I called at 6:01pm on august 29th just to see if possibly they still had any. I talked to the "supervisor" and asked and he said he was certain they had never received any of the Stanley's. I assured I seen them today and told him my experience. While I appreciate that he apologized, he then just hung up on me...... this Starbucks as the worst. Absolute shi* customer service. Sorry for inconveniencing your day to explain how your facility holds for employees but won't let a customer purchase a cup.

I (Ash) made a mistake placing my mobile order for a Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Bree Grande with the wrong location assuming that this location has got my order!! But the moment they noticed the problem their Barista whom I do not remember his name offered to make it for me instead of me having to go to the ordering store which is almost 10 miles away!!! I was impressed with his professionalism and thinking out of the box and strongly recommend this location for their accuracy and taking the extra step to keep their regular cusotmer happy.
