Minor issue picking up but manager was on it and knew about the issue and had a solution prior to my arrival. Based on my experience I can tell the manager does really care about customers.

I (Ash) made a mistake placing my mobile order for a Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Bree Grande with the wrong location assuming that this location has got my order!! But the moment they noticed the problem their Barista whom I do not remember his name offered to make it for me instead of me having to go to the ordering store which is almost 10 miles away!!! This is one of the smaller Starbucks locations. The staff is very nice. The food is what Starbucks food is so I'm just giving it three stars.And the atmosphere also is three stars because there's only a handful of tables so if you really want to sit down and work I would advise you choosing a different location.(Approximately 2 mi south on Gilbert road at Ocotillo is a much larger space.)
