I’ve come here a lot over the past 6 months (nearly every day) and the employees are always very nice. However, this might be the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Every single time I go, it takes forever to get my food/drink. Like, waiting in the drive thru for 15 mins when there’s only 1-2 cars ahead of me. Same with service inside. Just wish they’d move with a little more purpose
I spilled coffee on the floor outside without even one sip. When I talked with the girl for them to clean the floor as I felt so sorry to make floor dirty with coffee. They are so sweet and offer me one Latte for free, very sweet. Thank you!
Have been going to this Starbucks for years and usually pretty good but last few months the cold brew has been off. I get it black and it doesn’t taste strong and watered down. Thought maybe Starbucks changed their beans or something but every other Starbucks has been the same strong coffee taste in their cold brews. I’ll still come for other drinks or food but will be going elsewhere for cold brews.
