Literally the worst customer service ever. I asked for 6 drinks so that my family and I could have something warm to drink while driving to see Christmas lights but they refused saying they were closing early to clean up. There was still 20 min before closing.

This is my 2nd time getting my coffee from this location, both times my flat white is mostly bubbles. I don’t drink it right away because is very hot and after a few mins I’m missing an inch or more of coffee because it had lots of bubbles.This is the only location that makes it like this. They definely need more training on how to do it the right way.

Was waiting for 2 minutes before even being acknowledged while Ashley and the other girl were finishing up a conversation about what sounded like being wasted. When I did get acknowledged Ashley said hello twice with terrible attitude and a smelly look on her face(might actually just be her face idk.) when setting the drink on the counter, no have a nice day, here is your drink, nothing. Do not recommend going here if Ashley is here. Other girl seemed nice.

No one smiled the entire time. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches. The drinks were ready quickly but made wrong. It took so long for the sandwiches to be done that the ice was melted and the drinks were separating.I live within walking distance of the William Field location and have only purchased from here one other time, it was also unsatisfactory. Because of the experience I usually drive to the location by San Tan Village.

Crappy service, the staff have zero motivation. Customer service was so poor, it was like I was interrupting the staffs conversation. Then zero acknowledgment that they see you and will be with you shortly! I have given them a few tries to see if maybe they are just having a day. Sadly still the same crap service, not going back.

This Starbucks is sad. There are a few girls that work there that are beyond rude. They actually ruin my morning when I come in. They never smile, are rude and refuse to answer you. It has made me at least cut back on my starbucks.
