Love this Starbucks! They have great customer service and are really friendly. Even when the drive thru line goes into the parking lot, it moves super fast. When they take orders they are nice about it, no rushing or rude, annoyed attitudes. ??????????
I love the staff at this location and I always have. Makes me feel better about the thousands of dollars my family spends every year on coffee. My wife can't stop talking about an experience she had the other day. She had stopped by after a long day of chemo to get her favorite drink and said she was exhausted and treating the worker with disrespect. No one smiled the entire time. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches. The drinks were ready quickly but made wrong. It took so long for the sandwiches to be done that the ice was melted and the drinks were separating.I live within walking distance of the William Field location and have only purchased from here one other time, it was also unsatisfactory. Because of the experience I usually drive to the location by San Tan Village.
