Ordered a venti and received a grande(?) in a venti cup (the cup was much lighter, and the coffee was several inches lower than usual). I don't often have issues at this location otherwise.

I went there yesterday 12/27, and ordered a few cranberry bliss bars. When I got to the window they said they didn’t have any (which is fine), and said they would give me a refund on my mobile order… I have yet to receive the refund onto my account… almost $7….

Stop by this morning and ask for no cheese on my meal. When I got my sandwich and it had cheese but it didn't have my sausage. They got my name wrong too. The music was a little too loud. Maybe that's why they didn't hear me when I said my name or no cheese.

A typical Starbucks - either it's done fast or you have to wait. This is the closest location to me and being a former barista, I get it. They get super busy being right off the highway and sometimes they just need to carry the line along. I've never had any issues with my drinks, it's mostly the wait. Baristas are typically nice or are just trying to get through the day.

I went to order a drink on the mobile app, arrived early just so it didn't melt and by the time I got to the window one of the baristas tried to hand me the drink and it was completely separated and I asked her if that was the actual drink and she looked at it and said well it usually separates a couple minutes after and I said I came here right on time can I get this remade please and she says give me just a moment and goes to the back and she comes back with the drink and it looks the absolute same except stirred and I left and called customer service because they just didn't make it right or want to fix it

Witnessed this locations amazing staff handle a very rude woman today, with genuine professionalism and quality customer service. They did all they could to manage this ladies blatant and irrational unkindness and disregard for the employees working. Well done management and staff for carrying on with a smile on your faces ? will recommend and be back

barista working the drive through 3/20 9am interrupted us several times and raised her voice at us because English is not our first language and we have disabilities. there was a shortage on several items we asked for but it took us no longer than 2 minutes to order. i do not understand how you can treat people so poorly over the slightest "inconvenience". if you can't work service get a new job. your attitude is the last thing people want before their coffee.

Line was gigantic, took forever to get my drink, service was horrible, a tall coffee was $7. would not recommend.

Servers were great, but no napkins at the pickup counter. Counter was dirty and the tables outside are dirty. Staff should be on top of keeping things clean.
