Witnessed this locations amazing staff handle a very rude woman today, with genuine professionalism and quality customer service. They did all they could to manage this ladies blatant and irrational unkindness and disregard for the employees working. I like the star bucks chocolate croissant. While not as good as high end pastries that usually have a light fluffy pastry dough and melty chocolate inside with a buttery flavor these will do in a pinch when I am in a hurry or have already stopped by for a drink. They usually grab them from a case and open a wrapper then pop them in a toaster oven or other similar device with tongs to warm it up.
