Starbucks

Very extremely frustrated. Husband placed mobile order to pick up on his way home from work (works 3rd shift). Ordered 2 London Fog Tea Lattes & an almond croissant along with a few other things. When he got there he was informed that they are no longer carrying the almond croissant but it still came up on the mobile as in stock. Only location I know of that consistently has ONE EMPLOYEE behind the counter during the hours of 12 Noon and 2:30 PM, even during this past holiday season. The line went on and on while the employee took each order and then had to prepare it! One employee who recently quit never smiled and worked slowly. Luis is a fabulous representative for Starbucks. I love coming in to smiling faces at 5:30am every morning! Being wished a good morning by name while already having your drink started makes waking up that early so much nicer! (Karens my favorite! Sshhhh!)
