Don’t waste your time at this locationThey need to close this!! There is a drive thru literally across the street!!!I tried to do something nice and get a Starbucks for my GF. Waited 5 min just to be acknowledged. Then waited another few minutes and just walked away!!! (No good deed goes unpunished)The girl didn’t say anything!!!!What a joke!!! Get out of customer service if you can’t even do the basics!!

My white chocolate mocha was disgusting. My banana bread tasted like it’s been sitting out all week. They also wouldn’t scan my account for points and told me I had to have a physical Starbucks card to receive points.

I went to pick up a coffee this Saturday at 7:30 and had to wait for the curly haired barista to stop talking to her blonde friend and when I tried to order a coffee she told me she cleaned the espresso machine for the night and could only make a tea or a refresher. I was there last week at the same time and got coffee without a problem from another two women so she just cleaned up early and did not want to make coffee. Very rude experience.
