Easily my favorite happy hour in downtown Gilbert! Allison and the crew are incredible. I had the coconut lemongrass saketini (oh my god, so good!!), edamame, the tuna and salmon, and the vegetable tempura. I was blown away by the portion sizes, speed of service, and overall pleasant vibe of the space. Thanks for a lovely time, Sushi Broker!

Great little place. Food was decent but the service was solid. Was strange they were playing a movie on the TVs vs March Madness or something similar for a restaurant though. But if that's the biggest complaints... Definitely will be back for more sushi

Sushi Brokers in Gilbert is absolutely phenomenal and easily one of the best sushi spots in the East Valley. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is energetic and welcoming, and the staff is attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they do.
The sushi is incredibly fresh, expertly prepared, and beautifully presented. Every roll we tried was packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. The fish quality is top-tier, and you can tell they don’t cut...
