Crew seemed 100% disengaged. I got home and was missing an item. I come here a lot and was very disappointed. Management should reevaluate who they hire. Taco Bell is no longer super cheap, step up your game.

Normally this taco bell is pretty good, however today's experience made me mad. Got to the ordering speaker and I had to repeat the order 3 times because the guy wasn't listening. Ended up messing up the order in a way where I was over charged for all the food I wanted.Got to the window and asked to verify the order, the lady said we can verify it when we get the receipt.Please retrain these employees.

So my Taco Bell app malfunctioned I lost my free rewards item and the order kept failing to process payment. Next morning I noticed the charge went through, went in explained the situation and Amanda and Willow were so understanding and made my order. Just showed the proof of what happened and they got to work. No uphill battle no arguing no having to explain multiple times. They turned what could have been a bad experience into a great one. Once again thank you Amanda and Willow for making things right and making me feel welcome!

Ordered through drive thru. Did not gett all of the order. Parked and went inside. Manger(A real winner named Andrew) told me I got my whole order. He did not know what came with the combos I had ordered. He pointed to the combo on the menu and again told me I was wrong. Only problem was the menu proved him wrong. He then started getting upset and told the other employee to get this F'N redneck his food. Total dochebag. Just lost our business for his owner. Will come back when he is fired.

I will never come back here again. I came thru the drive thru early this morning and I had to call the store for them to take my order. Then once I got home to eat my food, a bacon breakfast crunch wrap it was FILLED with cheese And spicy ranch. There was so much bacon I couldn't even feel the texture of the tortilla. On top of that my fries were fresh but my crunch wrap was cold . If you don't want to be there and be kind get out!

Its Taco Bell! So I would like to say that this location has provided great service and atmosphere in the past and I do not like to relay negative reviews unless I feel it is necessary. With that said, I do have to mention that my friend and I went there the other evening. The atmosphere certainly felt a little toxic with the high school kids running around at 11 pm with an aura of careless disregard. So the lady at he window has certainly changed, I remember her being very friendly but those were not the vibes illuminating from her aura this night. So my friend found a a receipt or a coupon they had given her the other day that said she could have a free item. However, the girl at the window said she couldn't do it because they were too busy,which they were busy but that shouldn't interfere with providing service for a customer. Furthermore, so we accepted that as the final no and went into the night's journey. So the drink we were suppose to get never was handed to us and I'm not necessarily blaming the girl because we had forgot to ask for it additionally. Anyways. I'll still return to this location in the future. Thank you and I hope people understand.

Poor value.This "Crunchwrap Supreme" shares a resemblance with my high school freshman shelf - not much meat on em. However the lobby was clean and my food was ready quickly. So 3 stars it is.

These employees had a rough night today with their POS system. The machine would not take card payments and the drive through line was getting backed up. The employees remained INCREDIBLY calm and friendly. Eventually I was able to pay by submitting my order through the app, but despite all the issues they faced they still prepared quality food and provided everything exactly as ordered! Kudos to this locations crew!
