Normally this taco bell is pretty good, however today's experience made me mad. Got to the ordering speaker and I had to repeat the order 3 times because the guy wasn't listening. Ended up messing up the order in a way where I was over charged for all the food I wanted.Got to the window and asked to verify the order, the lady said we can verify it when we get the receipt.Please retrain these employees.
So my Taco Bell app malfunctioned I lost my free rewards item and the order kept failing to process payment. Next morning I noticed the charge went through, went in explained the situation and Amanda and Willow were so understanding and made my order. Just showed the proof of what happened and they got to work. No uphill battle no arguing no having to explain multiple times. They turned what could have been a bad experience into a great one. Crew seemed 100% disengaged. I got home and was missing an item. I come here a lot and was very disappointed. Management should reevaluate who they hire. Taco Bell is no longer super cheap, step up your game.
